Consider:

If you place first the 2 creative cells and the 2 security stations and wait for the network to be powered, you can't place the cable.

However, if you place the cable first then the 2 security stations then the 2 creative cells, the cable doesn't break and the network is still usable afaict.

Weird. If we follow the existing logic, placing the second security station should actually break it immediately. It'd be a grid with 1 node (the security station) trying to join a grid that already has a security station.
BUT: What's the actual semantics here? The owner is all the same.

The grids are not powered so it just works, because security stations only work when powered.
