Spatial Anchors do not show a overlay for chunkload to the new build limit of 319

Describe the bug
Spatial Anchors overlay display shows only up to 255, which may be confusing if you're trying to figure out what chunks are loaded for a build high in the sky.
How to reproduce the bug
- Craft a Spatial Anchor.
- Craft and place a simple ME network above y=255.
- Connect the Spatial Anchor and enable the overlay.
- The bounding box of the overlay will not reach the anchor.
Expected behavior
The bounding box of the overlay should reach to the build limit of 319.
