Missing patterns slot in ME Interface

Describe the bug
Expect pattern slot in ME Interface GUI but not found.
How to reproduce the bug
Create new world, click ME Interface
Expected behavior
It should shown like this 1.16.5 version
Additional details
Version: appliedenergistics2-forge-11.7.0.jar
Java verison: openjdk version "17.0.6" 2023-01-17
As my test, lastest fabric version (appliedenergistics2-fabric-11.7.1.jar) also shown this bug.
