Describe the bug

I was autocrafting Mekanism Ethylene and was watching the crafting manager window. I pressed 'r' on Oxygen to see it's recipes and when I closed the JEI window and returned to the crafting manager window the game crashed.

How to reproduce the bug

Wasn't able to reproduce.

Expected behavior

I would expect to not crash.

Additional details

This occurred with the Stone Technology Ultimate modpack.
