Matter Condenser causes an unsatisfactory amount of lag when inserting too fast.

Describe the bug
Inserting water from a Sink using a Fluid Pipe (Pipez) with an Infinity Pipe Upgrade causes the game to lag. The upgrade allows 2 billion transfer rate. I was getting upwards of 30-second ticks before I just restarted the game. The condenser was producing Matter Balls, but was also causing lag while producing Singularities, though at about 10-second ticks.
How to reproduce the bug
Sink > Item Pipe with Infinity Pipe Upgrade > Matter Condenser. I had a 256k ME Storage Component in the condenser. The condenser was producing Matter Balls.
Expected behavior
I would expect no lag.

This will be fixed #7149 "more or less".
In the meantime: try not using pipez or an infinite water source that essentially gives you 2 million buckets a tick... (which pipez may insert one bucket at a time)
I have never used Spark before, so please forgive my ignorance. I believe this is what you want: https://spark.lucko.me/DZLib0IAjP.
Looking at the mod usage, it shows Pipez spike. I would like to add this is the only block with which I receive lag. I use the Infinity upgrade with multiple other blocks with zero issues.
Thank you for providing the profile, I see where the issue is coming from and will be able to provide a fix.
@Technici4n Is it that we can fail-fast if the slot is already full? ๐
Because the basic problem is as always Forge caps.
