Unable to launch game

Describe the bug
I move this mod to my mods folder for Minecraft Java Edition v1.19.4 and when I try to start the game, it crashes giving me error code 1 which means one of my mods is bad. I have tested all of my other mods and this is the only one that has an issue.
How to reproduce the bug
I download the mod file from CurseForge (I have tried both AE2 13.0.10-beta [FORGE] and AE2 12.9.4 [FORGE]). I move the mod file to my mods folder located at This PC>OS (C:)>Users>(User Name)>AppData>Roaming>.minecraft>mods. I open the minecraft launcher (set to Forge v1.19.4) and try to start playing Minecraft Java Edition.
Expected behavior
I expected the game to run correctly.
