Portable crafting terminal won't let me place blocks

Describe the bug
The portable crafting terminal is causing some weird overlap with my storage and the items in my inventory. If I have the item in my storage and the portable terminal in my inventory (curios slot or just in my inventory) the item either places and then immediately disappears into my AE2 storage (This happens with only Mekanism blocks for some reason) or it will place the item and pull the rest from storage automatically). Also if I try to craft something from my portable terminal and place it in my storage it disappears. I show examples of all of this in the video at the end.
Instead of showing how much of an item I have in a stack it will also show how many items are in my hotbar + my storage. (If I have 32 steaks in my hotbar and 400 in my storage and I have the terminal in my inventory instead of showing 32 steaks it will show 432).

How to reproduce the bug
I'm not sure what exact steps it took to trigger this issue. But I was setting up a thermal evaporation plant in FTB Skies (I had just set up 5 plants) and started to create some lithium refinery. I have a flux network going to wirelessly charge my devices (had it for a couple days with no issue) and I have a small (in comparison to others) AE network. I have 7 controllers using only about 40-50 channels. Some for storage buses but the majority are pattern providers. And one import bus (aside from the necessities)
Expected behavior
It should work as usual. I should be able to place my blocks, not see the number of an item I have in storage and I should be able to craft and place it into the storage.
Additional details
It feels like it started happening randomly. I had stepped away for a few hours, and everything was working fine at that point and left the game on to fill up on lithium and when I came back I noticed the problem. I though it was a Mekanism issue at first until I realized it was pulling items from my storage automatically as well.

this is caused by a bug in ae2wtlibs restock feature (Mari023/AE2WirelessTerminalLibrary#197)
you can turn it of using the "Toggle Restock" keybind
