Budding Quartz Blocks Turning into Normal Quartz Blocks

Describe the bug
After growing for some time, budding quartz blocks are turning into normal certus quartz blocks even though they have not beed mined or touched. This is occuring on the prominence fabric pack, it seems to be consistently occuring as well.
How to reproduce the bug
After sometime of growing, the buds turn back into certus quartz blocks. Appears to be slightly random. Using the prominence fabric pack.
Expected behavior
The buds should not be turning back into certus quartz blocks without having been destroyed.

while growing buds, budding certus quartz blocks (except the flawless variant) will slowly decay until they become quartz block.
this is intended.
you will have to craft new budding certus quartz, or get some flawless ones
