ae2-12.9.5 missing recipes

Describe the bug
hello
so, i put together a modpack using curseforge, and ofc i need my ae2 storage in that. after the usual crashes and wrong versions everything seemed to work fine until i tried to craft some ae2 items. when using @Applied on JEI i noticed there was a lot less items since the last time i played. found the guide and saw the missing items were listed in there, with recipes for them. following those recipes gave me the item, molecular assembler for ex.

just search for ae2 items on jei

sorry if i didn't explain myself well enough. even if i look for a specific item i,e the molecular assembler i get no results. some items show up when looking for applied or ae2. with mouse over an ae2 item the name shown is still applied energistics btw, that's why i was using that to search. also the guide shows up on search but cant see its recipe
it shows Applied Energistics 2 when you hover over items because that is the translated modname, I am not sure if JEI searches for that (I tested it, it does).
the guide just doesn't have a recipe.
using only JEI, ae2 and fabric api, the molecular assembler does show up in JEI, and it does have a recipe.
I honestly don't know why it doesn't for you.
So my best bet would be start with those mods and add new ones until it stops working? Any known mods that could conflict with ae2?
ok, after a couple hours adding a few mods at a time i can confirm that it was indeed 1 more breaking ae2 recipes. don't ask me how or why but the mod causing problems was More Geodes, here on github https://github.com/TheDeathlyCow/more-geodes/releases/.
with the full pack assembled, adding that one makes ae2 recipes go bye bye from jei.
