Describe the bug

observe how the blockimage makes extra space to the right, curiously the exact same width as the buttons that show up on gamescenes

How to reproduce the bug

observe a page like the energy cells page, which has a row of blockimages, or the network-connections page near the bottom, with adjacent gamescenes

Expected behavior

if not interactive, (and thus the relevant buttons are hidden), space should not be reserved for the buttons
