Unconfigured interface not presenting storage bus with subnet storage contents.

Describe the bug
ME Interface placed on subnetwork with network storage does not present storage contents to storage bus placed on the interface and connected to a main network. If an item is placed in the storage bus filter, it will be extracted from the main network to the subnetwork. This happens with interface subpart or full block, and happens with an ME Drive or conventional chest with a storage bus on the subnetwork.
The orange network cannot see the contents of the ME Drive on the white network.
The white network cannot see the contents of the chest on the orange network
How to reproduce the bug
- Create a main network with some sort of network storage.
- Create a separate network with another sort of network storage. Can be powered by its own energy source or via quartz fiber from main net.
- Connect an ME Interface to the subnetwork. Leave unconfigured.
- Place storage bus on interface and connect to main network, making sure no channels are crossing to subnetwork. Can be unconfigured or have items placed in filter.
Expected behavior
The main network should be able to view the contents of the subnet's storage and it should be able to push and pull items from it without the subnetwork seeing the main network's storage.
Additional details
The storage bus may not be attaching to the interface properly, if attached to an external inventory the storage bus GUI will display a message as seen below:
However, the storage bus connected to the interface does not display such a message:
I'm not sure if it's ever displayed a message when connected to an interface as I am new to this mod.
If an item is placed in the storage bus's filter, matching items placed in the main network will be extracted to the subnetwork, and subsequently are not able to be seen by the main network.
I first noticed the issue with AllTheMods 9 version 0.0.25, but this bug is still present while testing using only:

Forge 47.0.35
AE2 Alpha 15.0.3
Java 17.0.3
Windows 10

Can you check if #6847 is related?
Hmm.
I've tried messing with the priorities of two networks with ME Drives and no luck. This includes messing with the priorities of the interface, storage bus, and ME Drives.
I'm pretty much following the 'Specialized Local Storage' guide to a T, if I'm doing something wrong I do apologize.

Fixed in #7249 and released
