Formation Plane won't place blocks

Describe the bug
The formation plane drops items in the network but doesn't place blocks.
How to reproduce the bug
I placed a ME Interface with a terminal connected to it where the terminal sends blocks to the ME interface and the interface then sends it to the formation plane
Expected behavior
I expected that the formation plane would place a block

Provide a link to a crashlog. E.g. on Gist, pastebin, or similar.
If it is not a crash report, you can hold F3+C for over 10 seconds to force one. This provides with more details to reproduce it without needing to manually acquire them.
Please do not have it expire after some time. We might have to go back to it in the future to compare it with other bug reports, or simply have to delay it when being pretty minor.
