Unable to input items into ME system (Fabric 1.19.2)

Describe the bug
I am completely unable to input items into my ME system via ANY type of terminal. The setup is powered, has all components as described in the "Getting Started" on the wiki, but still doesn't work. :(
How to reproduce the bug
Place an ME Controller, A ME Drive, a fluix cable, and any terminal, and power it.
Put any storage disk into the drive.
Try and put items into the system via the terminal, and the items won't go in (both with shift clicking and drag and clicking)
Expected behavior
Items should go into the system, and be able to be taken back out.
Additional details
I am running a 1.19.2 fabric SMP, a custom modpack with the following AE2 unofficial addons:
- AE2AO (not enabled)
- AE2WTLib
It's also running Applied Energistics 2 v12.9.5 (I believe this is the last version for 1.19.x)

There has not been a crash, or any errors in client nor server logs.

it would help when you make a debug crash like described in the template and add some screenshots of the setup
