Create is doing the same thing. Minecraft itself has no real hotkeys for GUI, especially not for mouse.
But I'll leave this open in case we do find a solution. It might be possible to do it via config-file instead, which sucks for the user, but would at least be some alternative.

i think it would be more than welcome if there is an way of diong it i mean u cant even move with a create or ae2 item in ur hand.. i hope it works thx for the response

What do you mean? It should only trigger when the tooltip is visible...

lets say im buiding idknow Auto crafting i Pick the item in the hotbar then i need to wait til the tooltip closes away to Move it is pretty anoying if u bild and normaly u switch alot from Tool to item in the hotbar. I dont know if u understand my englich is not that good 🤷‍♂️

With a hotkey Change u could switch items and Spam w to walk without opening the guidebook
