ME system preventing the placement of AE blocks in a 1-2 block radius

Describe the bug
Basically a carbon copy of a bug report where somebody encountered the exact same issue as me but it was closed so I could no longer interact with it. I cant place anything near the core of my Applied energistics main terminal. It all breaks instantly, blocks place facing the wrong way, wires that are there before and then placed again in the same positon break.
The weird part is my friend playing with me on my lan world experiences no such issues. I always need to call him to place stuff cause i cant.
Placing ME controllers slightly adjusted the position of the weird area where I cannot place.

How to reproduce the bug
Placing down wires next to ME system or interacting with AE2 machines by placing an AE wire, interface or something similar.
Expected behavior
I expected the wires to be placed down and connected to my ME system, and to be able to place ME crafting terminals.

Figured it out. It seems to be something related related to the security terminal. Theres an 8 year old reddit post that helped me but I guess I will leave this issue here in case somebody else thinks its a bug in the future.
