Describe the bug
ok so we arent really sure whats going on but we do knmow that it only happens when AE2 is present in the modlists which contain minecolonies. the bug is seen when a player is using the Caledonia pack for their colonies and trying to get the builder to upgrade the builders hut to level 3. once the "used" progress hits 53% it drops to 59% and is thus stuck in an infinite loop. number of mods used was 15 very minimal instance.
Here are the logs for ya'll:
debug.log
latest.log
launcher_log.txt
and you can also check in on the thread for minecolonies as well which can be found here:
How to reproduce the bug
install ae2 with minecolonies
construct town hall first then start new colony and then construct lvl 2 builders hut straight up.
click build options and select upgrade builder will start upgrading to lvl 3 after all supplies are given.
use the resource scroll after shift right clicking the builders hut block and watch the progress counters.
you will soon notice after 59% the infinite loop.
Expected behavior
to actually complete the building progress. like we have all seen, we do not know exactly why this is happening just that it shouldnt be happeneing.

Crash log
Please provide the info requested in the issue template (forced crash, especially).
Did you try this with only Minecolonies and AE2 installed? The chance that this is in any way related to AE2 is extremely low.
well when i turned off ae 2 the bug simply disappeared and the builder finished the upgrade
and im not the only person that has reported it to the minecolonies dev team
just watched the % counter go from 65% used back down to 59% used

that was with ae2 and only minecolonies with its dependencies and stylecolonies turned on. I can't make the instance any smaller
