Powdered Snow being placed as a block via a formation plane destroys the bucket used

Describe the bug
When setting a formation plane to use a powdered snow bucket in block-place mode, inserting a powdered snow bucket into the network will place it as a block, and the bucket will be lost to the ether
How to reproduce the bug
Network with formation plane, set to export powdered snow in block-placement mode
insert powdered snow bucket into network via a terminal
powdered snow will be placed, bucket will be annihilated
Expected behavior
Bucket should remain on cursor/in-network just as it does when inserting a fluid.
Additional details
Ive made a suggestion that would probably fix this issue as a byproduct.
