Different chunkloading config options for server.
Ability to chunkload only when player owning the network (maybe with help of something like security terminal) goes online as one of options and possibility for max loaded chunks limit

Reasons why it should be considered

I've encountered several times on servers owners straight up disabling the block purely because it allows you to load unlimited chunks and keeps loading regardless if you are online or no.
