Suggestion: Block to expose storage for other transport to view/filter/access

Describe the feature
Kind of a bump of #1946 from 9 years ago. I was wondering if there's something to do this. There is a solution for RS here (though kind of outdated).
Reasons why it should be considered
Since AE2-s filtering and view cell system is pretty limited, it would be extremely useful to be able to access the ME system storage with other machines. For example Integrated Dynamics could be used to filter tools, enchanted, or enchantable items, or view them with Integrated Terminals.
