AE2 is incompatible with the mod hex-casting (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/hexcasting ) (checked on 1.19.2 fabric)

How to reproduce the bug

have AE2 and hexcasting on 1.19.2 in the same mod folder and run the server

Expected behavior

should load the server

This has nothing to do with AE2, you have some compat issue between other mods in your list (related to cardinal-components-block).
