Describe the feature

As the title suggested, there are 3 modes:

1. Omni-directional: outputs signal to all adjacent block.
2. Default: outputs signal to the block pointed. (What we have now)
3. Internal: instead of output signal to external world, gives signal to other (Redstone Card installed) ME subparts on the same cable.

Reasons why it should be considered

Said I have a automated cobblestone generator. I want to keep the amount of cobblestone stored in the network, so I installed a ME Import Bus and a ME Level Emitter, and all I need to do left is two connect these devices with redstone powder. Currently the most compact way to achieve this is to install both devices on the same cable, and place a redstone powder to the side which the Emitter points to. I think this is a bit excessive. If the feature suggested above is present, you can just use the 3rd mode to achieve this without that redstone powder.
