Playing Prominence II Classic modpack (v1.8.5). Using AE2 v15.0.11 and Create v0.5.1.f.
Forge version is 47.2.6.

Updated original post to clarify that the modpack I'm playing is using an unsupported version of Forge (as #7278 announced). This can be the potential cause of the issues I have encountered so far.
