Describe the bug

The ME Level Emitter is not activating.

Even though Storage Bus does successfully attached to it and can read contents.

And I can insert or extract items through that Storage Bus. (not shown in this screenshot)

How to reproduce the bug

Expected behavior

It should be able to detect what is in the Crushing Wheel Controller.

Additional details

Playing Prominence II Classic modpack. Using AE2 v15.0.11 and Create v0.5.1.f.
Forge version is 47.2.6.

Can you please connect a Terminal to that little network and see if that shows the content of the controller?

The item does not show up in the Terminal.

Then Create does not expose it from the controller and there is nothing we can do...

Create also has a similar issue with its Smart Observer: Creators-of-Create/Create#5466 , so the cause of this might be the Crushing Wheel Controller itself.
