Option for fuzzy crafting results & processing pattern substitution

Describe the feature

Allow fuzzy ingredient substitutions (as a pattern option like normal substitutions) in processing patterns.

In both cases fuzzy means ignoring nbt data.
Reasons why it should be considered
Some mods have recipes which create items with random nbt tags, which means you must create very complicated crafting systems in order to autocraft those items with AE2.
For instance: the mod Occultism has various named otherworldly beings which get bound to items. When you perform a crafting ritual it will give the resulting item a random bound being’s name as an nbt tag. Some other recipes require these bound items as ingredients. There is no way to support these recipes in AE2 without some very complex systems using other mods like Modular Routers.
