Swapping Spatial IO storage does not update lighting

Describe the bug
When swapping the contents of a spatial storage cell in a Spatial IO Port, lighting is not updated to loaded environment.
After swapping away a light-emitting block, its lighting persists, even if other light-emitting blocks are placed and subsequently removed, "forcing" (unsure about actual mechanics) a lighting update.
I've appended a minimal repro (curseforge pack)
How to reproduce the bug
- Setup a Spatial IO multiblock
- Fill sides with opaque (not transparent) blocks
- Place light-emitting block inside boundary
- Swap space with Spatial IO Port.
- Lighting is as was before swap
Expected behavior
After swap, room should be dark, because there is no light anymore.
