Facades do not hide in EMI when disabled

Describe the bug
AE2 facades still appear in EMI's item index when disabled in the config.
How to reproduce the bug
- Set "enableFacadesInJEI" to false in AE2's client.json config file
- Go to EMI's index and you will see all the facades
Expected behavior
The facades should not appear in the index
Additional details
This happens on all versions, Forge, NeoForge, and Fabric. Crash log supplied is from NeoForge.
