Describe the feature

Make the crafting upgrade compatible with the pattern access terminal and when installed, if possible, auto crafts and exports patterns to the terminal.

Reasons why it should be considered

Mainly a quality of life improvement, as having to go between terminals to frequently craft new patterns is kinda annoying. This is technically already possible to achieve with an exporter facing the terminal, but that makes the terminal very hard to interact with.

This is kind of a revival of #5994 but I believe that wasn't fully addressed.
