Describe the feature

Provide a way to manage P2P tunnel's frequency easily and intuitively by either,

1. Allowing manual setting of P2P's frequency by:
   User can right click a P2P tunnel (or memory card) and set the P2P's frequency by inputting a value (in Hex or Dec),
   or through changing the P2P tunnel's/memory card's frequency via items/dyes (similar to EnderTanks or Create Mod's Redstone Link),
2. Similar implementation to what BetterP2P mod is doing, related thread #6964.

Reasons why it should be considered

Provide a more user-friendly P2P Tunnels configuration. Especially in scenario where a lot of P2P Tunnels are used (100++).
