Describe the bug

once wireless crafting terminal is setup with singularity and is "infinite range"
the power usage when opening is ALWAYS 50% + whatever power it uses while its open.
this means, even when equipped with energy cards (or greater energy card) it still uses exactly 50% + regular usage)
therefor having energy cards is actually a negative thing, that will make the terminal use more power per use.

How to reproduce the bug

have wireless terminal equipped with singularity (with quantum ring active)
open wireless terminal

Expected behavior

the power used should be much less, as the minimum used is 800k energy per use (half of the minimum total capacity or wireless terminal 1.6m)
