Different lights for different cell item states

Describe the feature
Give different cell item states different lights, just like what they look like in the drive.
Blue, green, orange and red lights.
Don't ask me why there isn't a black "light" - it looks so ugly and it is very useless for the cells except the portable cells. Their lights should be dark when they are out of energy
Reasons why it should be considered
As AE2 added the blue light, the green light was not the only light stands for "good" cells any more, so it is time to add more lights for items
