Missing incriber recipe

Describe the bug
There is no recipe for the inscriber:
JEI also shows no recipe, and putting the recipe in a crafting table shows no output.
How to reproduce the bug
Try to craft an incriber.
Open the in-game wiki for the inscriber.
Search for inscriber in JEI and left click.
Expected behavior
There is a recipe.
