Describe the bug

Like the title says, when ever I put items into ME it doesn't appear in the terminal.
I am in a Multiplayer server using the modpack ATM9 with the latest version (All the Mods 9-0.2.58). I tried the same exact setup in Singleplayer and it works totally fine for some reason.
The stuff ive tried: Have only one disk drive, only one item storage cell, replacing the setup, moving setup, putting the setup in one chunk, and putting the ME setup outside FTB claims.
Some one else in this github had the same issue 3 years ago but the developer found the issue and patched it in a later update #5199
