"No server is currently running" Error when working with spatial storage

Describe the bug
Upon activating the spatial IO port with a 16^3 spatial cell inside, nothing happens and the console outputs:
[Render thread/WARN] [AE2:C/]: Failed to retrieve spatial storage dimension: java.lang.IllegalStateException: No server is currently running.
How to reproduce the bug
I am on a 1.20.1 Forge server that uses ArcLight. I am on Forge version 1.20.1 47.2.30 The spatial pylons are set up for a 5x5x5 space. There is a small house in it, attached below.
I am using the following mods:

Expected behavior
The house within the 5x5x5 space is transported to the spatial storage dimension within the cell.
Additional details
I tested the exact same set up in a single player world and it worked perfectly.
