Describe the feature

Just like the title says.
Essencialy make it so that the cable facades can be used on any other mods with cables (for example: mekanism, pipez), if possible without needing to have AE2 has a dependency, has it would make it necessary all other mods have it included in the dependencies and if they are not updated frequently it will make it so that it is not possible to use with current versions, until they are updated (if they are).

Reasons why it should be considered

• It would incentivate more people to download the mod since it allows to use cable facades compatible with essencialy any other mod, since current existing mods with cables have the same feature requested but haven´t implemented it, for at least a year since it was requested despite being "essential"
• It could become the standard mod to use for it and decrease the amount of pages in jei for recipes if the other mods would eventualy add them

This is unlikely to ever be implemented, so I am closing it.
Sure, it'd be nice, but I don't see a reasonable path to implementing it.
