Describe the bug

1. Tiny TNT can't be ignited with flint and steel anymore
2. When ignited, it shows the old tiny tnt texture

How to reproduce the bug

1. Try to ignite a tiny tnt with a flint and steel, see that it doesn't ignite like it would on 1.20.1.
2. Just check the texture change.

Expected behavior

1. It should ignite with a flint and steel.
2. Texture shouldn't change to the old one.

Additional details

Since the bug tracker doesn't have 1.21 as an option, I am selecting 1.20. This is on NeoForge 21.0.10-beta.
