Pattern Encoding Terminal duplication glitch.

Describe the bug
The Encoding Terminal is acting like a crafting table that doesn't consume resources.
How to reproduce the bug
Place a terminal on a powered network. Encode a pattern, clear the pattern so that it is blank and encode it again. This will leave a blank pattern in the bottom slot. Updating this blank pattern has to be done every time you close and reopen the terminal. You can then add any recipe in from your EMI or your inventory and take the results out without consuming any resources. This can be done with any crafting recipe in the game. Players have reported other methods to get it into this state by spamming encode but I have found encoding it blank to be the most consistent method.
Expected behavior
Not duplicating resources for free.
