Cutting Knives getting consumed after one use

Describe the bug
Cutting knives are getting consumed in the cable anchor recipe after one use instead of taking durability damage.
How to reproduce the bug
Craft cable anchors.
Expected behavior
For the cutting knife to take durability damage instead of being consumed after the first use.

@Drackion Just a consequence of inflation!
(I might instead just make them infinite durability).
@Drackion I just tested this and can't reproduce it. The knive is losing durability as intended 🤔
@Drackion Okay, I tested this in an ME Crafting Terminal. In there it worked. When testing it in my 2x2 player crafting grid, THERE it immediately disappeared.
In a vanilla crafting table I could see this too, in the Crafting Terminal works as designed
