Describe the feature

As the title says I believe it would be a great idea to give players the ability to enable the modern 1.21 textures on 1.20 versions of AE2. The Dark Mode texture pack already works, however it doesn't update cables and other items that aren't "darkened" for that pack.

Reasons why it should be considered

The textures are amazing and I'd assume it would be highly appreciated to have them on older versions too.

That won't be possible as the update isn't just texture changes, but also code based changes.
It was intentional that the visual update was a on a major version switch.
