1.20.6 Neoforge 20.6.119 Crash on generating meteor

Describe the bug
Sometimes upon the game trying to generate a meteor structure, the game will crash. The crash is consistent per meteor per seed. Meaning that some meteors will always crash the game when generating and others will never crash and generate just fine.
How to reproduce the bug
Generate a new world running just Neoforge 20.6.119 and appliedenergistics2-neoforge-18.1.3-alpha with structures turned on. Explore for a while, try to find meteorites.
The following seed crashes instantly : -4654253821792148281
It appears that if combined with world-gen mods like Tectonic and/or Terralith the game crashes more often. Might have something to do with the Tall mountains or floating biomes that generate. I might have just been very unlucky though.
It crashes sometimes even running just AE2 tho.
Expected behavior
Meteors generating or failing to generate instead of crashing

This is fixed by #7918 for 1.21.
Sorry, we'll not be backporting this to 1.20.6 since that version is barely used.
