Add a setting where inscribers can stack to 1 in every slot.

Reasons why it should be considered

It allows for an easy way to pipe in pressess without using round robin and counting the exact amount you need. It also allows automation to be a lot easier as stacking to 1 acts as a build in round robin feature for inscribers when using subnets or pipes to import into them.

stack 4 isn't sufficient if you are inserting presses, you need exactly one for that to work properly
