Support for chanced item outputs

Describe the feature

Hi, I absolutely love your mod, especially the ported mass assembly chamber. I am currently playing a lot of GregTechModern, and they work a lot with chanced outputs. So I wanted to ask if it was possible to add some way to propperly work with chanced outputs. Right now you just have to set the input to like 4x the required amount in case of just a 50% chance, because otherwise the request might just get stuck. My suggestion would be to add a setting that its a chanced output and then, when there is not enough output, it will just request more. And maybe add an input for the actual chance, so the system can still somehow test if the required input is realistic, for example 10 inputs at a 50% chance is unrealistic and in that case it could act as if it didn't get enough output back as well as it could be used to calculate the approximate item count required, maybe also label the chanced inputs when requesting and item, to be chanced, so they are subject to change.

Reasons why it should be considered

There are currently a lot of mods that use chanced outputs, big ones being ExNihilio, Gt and a lot of custom modpack recipes. These are currently verry anoying to deal with using ae2, and a feature like this would enable way more efficient usage of resources using those recipes, even though I think this would be pretty hard to implement

This doesn't work with how AE2 simulates which ingredients it needs for crafting.
It extracts all required crafting ingredients at once when the job starts, which is incompatible with chanced outputs.
