Creative ME Cells output & accept the wrong type of resource

Describe the bug

Essentially, the Creative ME cells do not respect the typing implied in their name.
Creative ME fluid cells can be partitioned in the Cell Workbench to provide items.
Creative ME item cells can be partitioned in the Cell Workbench to provide fluids.

How to reproduce the bug

  1. Create a rudimentary network with a ME drive, Terminal, power source, and a Cell Workbench.
  2. Partition a Creative ME cell of either kind to both a fluid and an item using a filled bucket of some kind.
  3. Place the Creative ME cell in the network's ME drive
  4. Open the terminal, and both the fluid and its bucket item can be extracted and inserted without limit.

Expected behavior

Creative ME cells should only be partitionable to, and thus produce, the type listed in their name.
Creative ME fluid cells should only be partitionable in the Cell Workbench to provide fluids.
Creative ME item cells should only be partitionable in the Cell Workbench to provide items.

creative fluid and item cells do indeed behave identical
that is why in later versions, they are merged into one item

Yes, we'll not go back and change this in 1.20, in 1.21 it has been rectified.

So I'm safe in assuming that this bug will never be fixed?
I guess I'll have to work around it, then.
