Describe the feature

A cable part and/or full block that does what a conversion monitor does but lets you extract & insert fluids into/out of buckets/bottles/other mod fluid container items rather than items.

Also maybe can act like a cauldron (IE inserts water into a network if its facing up in the rain, or inserts lava if its below a lava dripstone setup)

Reasons why it should be considered

As far as I'm aware there isn't a fluid equivalent to the conversion monitor (or a way to get it to do fluids) which feels like another tiny feature gap between blocks/items & fluids that can be filled in

Additional details

"Fluid conversion monitors" being able to act as literal standins for cauldrons isnt required. I realise it might invalidate or lessen the need for player ingenuity on how to get things into a network. Although in vanilla AE2, getting fluids into a network out of many cauldrons is pretty inconvenient as your only real option are import busses (unless a block like a "Sky Stone Fluid Duct" were added).

I also realise there are other solutions to non-terminal access to fluids in a network such as using formation/annihilation planes or interfaces & import busses, but those aren't nearly as convenient or space efficient as a single cable part you can right click on to empty/fill a bucket/bottle/other item
