Ability to move P2P inputs

Describe the feature
Copy the frequency with memory card before destroying the old input
Right click on blank P2P with memory card which would normally create an output, but check if there is an input for the frequency on the card, if one doesn't exist the P2P will be made into an input
Reasons why it should be considered
Being able to move a P2P input to upgrade a controller would be nice

Yeah I was about to close this with the response: I think we want to change how P2P is managed in general. (Think more like the old Tesseract Frequency Management UI from Thermal Expansion if you remember that)
That would be nice, IMO the P2P needs a overhaul. As you said, a UI with settable frequencies would be nice, or even a Flux Network esque system where you can even look at the machines connected to the channel and maybe even the patterns inside the providers if you hold shift over them in the UI? Kinda like shulker boxes?
