I'm running a heavily modded Minecraft 1.7.10 pack, and I'm using Applied Energistics 2 (version rv6). I’ve noticed a strange visual issue specifically in the ME crafting terminal:
When I have more than 100 of any item, the item count in the top-right corner of the slot appears twice, like the numbers are overlapping or drawn on top of each other — one in a bolder or larger font, and the other smaller.

It only happens in the AE2 terminal GUI, and not in my regular inventory or chests. The item icons themselves look fine — it’s just the numbers that look doubled or "glitched." This makes it hard to read how many items I actually have.

I’m using OptiFine (E7) and NEI (with CodeChickenCore), and possibly Inventory Tweaks. Could it be related to any of those?

Any ideas on how to fix this? Appreciate any help!

Hey I am sorry, we no longer support versions for 1.7.10, but specifically Optifine was never officially supported. You should at least try without that.
