Hey there,
Thanks for this great mod, it's a complete gamechanger and very thoughtful.

It would be great to be able to tag items with a custom tag, so that we can group and retrieve easily instead of having to use shulker boxes etc to stay organized.

For instance, if I'm gathering materials for a particular large or complex building, say a town hall, I could add the tag "townhall" and then filter, quickly add to my inventory, or see at a glance that perhaps I'm low on a material needed.

Reasons why it should be considered

It's difficult to sort inventory beyond the mods, sorting and grouping is a big part of planning for any build or planned processing.

Additional details

I'm very open to writing the patch myself, just wanted to check first that it's something you would be open to.
