How to reproduce the bug

Farming Certus underwater is impossible, put the Annihilation Plane underwater and try to farm certus. I think that the problem comes from the fact that the certus is not a full block so there is water + certus and it does not understand...

The barrel can't store the water.
If you use a block that can store both water and the crystals, it should work again.
Alternatively, you could use a separate storage bus for the water, e.g. on a tank.

You're going to laugh, but I just reconnected after installing the trash mod to test, I did as you told me before disconnecting I connected a water tank it filled up so it stopped the system and when I reconnected (with the tank still full) the machine started working again

regarding the video: I am surprised that it seems to just work anyways, I wouldn't have expected that to work.

That was exactly my problem, in fact it didn't work like in the video when I opened the ticket, after your suggestion to add water to the filter it worked for the rest of the evening and when I reconnected last night it no longer worked, I added the water tank, it filled up, so I removed it and then it continued to work without the water filter or the tank (I can't understand why it's 50/50)

Edit : i reconnect and the setup on the video not working anymore rn ...
