Describe the bug

There is a bug when requesting a recipe for the Bottle o' Lightning (Iron's spells) in AE2.
Requesting it will never show how the recipe was defined and will not work. In these screenshots, both recipes show the same window when requesting the item.
After starting the recipe, nothing will happen and the recipe will never complete

Waht I've tried :

• Any content in the recipe (except the result) causes the bug
• dragging the bottle for the output from JEI or from my inventory causes the bug

Create any pattern recipe with the Bottle o' Lightning as the primary output

Expected behavior

The recipe would use the items from the recipe

Additional details

• I'm playing on ATM10 version 4.10. So the AE2 version is "appliedenergistics2-19.2.15.jar"
• The exact same happens at least with the Empowered Inverted Potentia from Evilcraft
• Placing the Bottle o' Lightning as secondary output works (but that makes it not requestable ofc)
• Any item placed in the recipe is ignored. I've tried placing the pattern provider on a vanilla chest, and it remains empty.
• The bottle doesn't seem to have any NBT
• Before starting the recipe, the display will show "Available: 1" even if there is none in the ME
