To Reproduce
Install HWYLA, place down full block energy interface, look at it

Expected behavior
No crash

Enviroment

• Mod version: 1.12.2 Beta 8.0.14.1
• Applied energistics 2 version: rv6-stable-6
• Forge version: 2838

seems like it's actually vanillafix pointing out hwyla recovering from an exception instead of a crash, since I couldn't reproduce without vanillafix
