If I connect a chemical tank via a storage bus to an ME system, I can't insert or take out any of the fluids.

My test setup is just a creative energy cell, a controller, crafting terminal, storage bus, basic chemical tank configured for input/output

If there is fluid in the tank it will show up in the terminal but when you try taking fluid out, or input fluid it wont do anything

By "fluid" you mean the chemical, right? The described setup works as expected for me. What NeoForge, AppMek, AE2 and Mekanism versions are you using?
